Versatile Blogger Award

I’m trying to proceed in accommodating style,

So I share these rules for being versatile:

Award Rules!

If you are nominated, you’ve been awarded the Versatile Blogger award.

  •  Thank the person who gave you this award.
  •  Include a link to their blog.
  •  Next, select up to 15 blogs/bloggers that you’ve recently discovered or follow regularly. (I would add, pick blogs or bloggers that are varied and excellent!)
  •  Nominate those bloggers for the Versatile Blogger Award — you might include a link to the original site.
  •  Finally, tell the person who nominated you 7 things about yourself.

And in case you’re thinking, “What in tarnation?”

Here’s where you can go for more information: https://versatilebloggeraward.wordpress.com/about/

And here, my friends, are seven things about me:

1.I’ve never learned to climb a tree.

2. I DID play tennis pretty well.

3. I was shy when young, but emerged from that shell.

4. My sons are 39 and 25.

5. Good writing makes me glad to be alive.

6. I’m a LITTLE bit of a rolling stone, but I gather moss.

7. My mother-in-law taught me secrets of great spaghetti sauce.

This might be for the first time I am reading poetry by Pam. She has such mastery of english prose and she keeps inspiring us all. This time I was surprised to read this award post–introduction was poetic–well maybe that was it–very beautiful–no-the entire post was poetic! This is the first award post since I started reading them which is so poetic. Versatile truly! Hats-off to you dear Pam. Thank you so much for kind words and accepting this award. This post will be a delight to read for many because of poetry and wonderful recommendations!

  4. Pam, your poem in response to the award was unique and fun!! You are tremendously creative and your good writing has made me glad to be alive;) Congratulations on the award!

  5. Congrats again!!! I used to love tennis. I wasn’t that great, just ok. But then I made the mistake of trying to learn golf while I was still playing tennis and it set off carpal tunnel problems. So I quit both and now have no carpal tunnel problems. Or maybe my tennis partner just hit the dang ball too dang hard. She was a monster.

    1. OH, ouch–I played against a person like that, too, Luanne… I used to read articles like ‘The Zen of Tennis’ and get very into the back and forth and not so into the competitive part! I had fun, but didn’t win a whole lot!!!
